The first two discussions focused on the theological and biblical foundations of leadership. Based on these foundational understandings, this discussion will focus on practical application.
The goal of this discussion is to be able to apply ones theological and biblical understanding of the shepherd and slave motifs to ones leadership. Areas of application must focus on the role of the leader, the role of the follower, and the relationship between the leader and the follower.
