Topic: art and critical analysis, in a 3-5 page essay, complete a critical analysis of a piece of art or several pieces of art from the same artist that explore a message or express a specific cultural influence.

As you begin to write think of an anecdote (short story) or interesting fact that you can use as a hook to grab your readers attention.
Also, in your introduction remember to introduce any sources and the authors of the sources that you will be using in the body of your essay.
As you work through the body of your essay, remember to respond to the different questions in the prompt. You can use your own personal experience and/or the readings we have studied in class to support your points.

Finally, make sure that you write a clear conclusion that closes the essay.
