It’s meant to besomething that an executive could quickly read in order to get a basicunderstanding of the overall strategic management plan. Due to itspurpose, the executive summary should be a thorough and concise summaryclearly depicting the content of the plan. Give an overview of the goalyou’re trying to accomplish, any major findings in your research, thereasoning behind the goal, and any major obstacles you foresee. Itshould be treated as a document ready to be turned into an executivedirector, board of advisors, investor, etc. Therefore, format and style(presentation) is very important.
