First, watch the NOVA documentary titled Antarctica Secrets: Beneath the Ice. Keep in mind that this documentary was made in 2011. It is an informational documentary that describes the process of extracting ice-cores for global climate research.

Then, after you watch the video write a brief 1-page essay (12 pt font, double spaced) summarizing what you learned from the video. Try to focus on Antarcticas climate history, the specifics of what the ice and ocean sediment cores in Antarctica reveal, and the process of the ice-core extraction details.
