There are many advantages to the A.D.D.I.E. 5 step training process. I feel one of the main advantages is being able to tailor the training program to an individuals needs in order for them to succeed and the training to be successful. One reason for this is analyzing the training need. This is really important because the actually training needs have to be pin pointed, because is this part is not done correctly than the rest of the steps will not matter. Also, putting together the training plan is very important. Management needs to distinguish the best way for this to be done depending on the position, and get input from the employees that really matter and what training materials will help the new employees learn best. I feel another advantage is evaluating the courses effectiveness. It is easy to have a training program put together and to just leave it in place for an extended time. It is always best to evaluate the processes and programs in place and to take feedback in order to improve.

The clear advantages that I can see for using A.D.D.I.E 5 step training process to improve performance management are the individual adaptation from the analysis.
