As a member of a project team of an organization, you are tasked to create a contingency plan for your organization in case of a disaster to ensure business continuity. Please work as a group to perform a detailed risk assessment to identify a possible risk. Then use the sample template to create a contingency plan for the risk identified.
Note: There are two templates, please, use the written sample instructions as a guide to developing your proposal. Then use the table template to manage your project. To identify your group, please, click on the menu “Groups” on the blackboard to locate your project group members. Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question.
