IP 3: You did an outstanding job on your stakeholder engagement plan. I did not see your section on the tools you will use for managing quality. This had an impact on your grade. .You showed evidence of critical thinking through a thoughtful discussion on the process you will use for managing your project team. Looks to me like this is a good application. Kudos I could not see your section on controlling cost and risk.
IP 4: You demonstrated a good effort on identifying the deliverables acceptance process. But this section was short and did not synthesize information and was weak in drawing conclusions from what you have read. Please look at your syllabus for the requirements of this section, as it is an important segment of your KA assignment. You provided a very minimal response to the topic of procurement contract closing. You lost points as a result of this. Please review the syllabus for the requirements for this section. Appearance wise, your paper does not follow the outline as laid out in IP1. You provided a very minimal response to the topic of the Lessons Learned Plan. You lost points as a result of this. Please review the syllabus for the requirements for this section. You provided a very minimal response to the section on Project plan closing.
Also need to Add the following sections:
Letter to Senior Management regarding the project success: Provide a letter to the senior management to include the lessons learned for the project and any successes related to the project.
Discuss program management: Complete this section in the template, and provide your thoughts on program management and how resources could be shared across programs to be more efficient.
Provide information on emerging trends and their inclusion in future projects: Discuss any emerging trends such as agile project management, scrum, PPM, etc., and what could be included in future projects. Remember, this is about emerging trends in project management methods and approaches NOT new tools and technologies that could be useful in managing projects.
