Conduct an analysis of children’s literature written in both current and past generations. Complete the “Children’s Literature Evaluation Matrix” by selecting one Caldecott Medal and one Newbery Medal winner or honoree from each of two time periods: Caldecott winners or honorees 1938-1945 and 1998-2018; Newbery winners or honorees 1922-1945 and 2014-2017.
